All data processed as part of the Service is hosted on servers located in France.

All elements of the Service (structure, texts, Gazette articles, questionnaires, scoring algorithms, graphics, logos, trademarks, videos, databases) are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code and remain the exclusive property of France Surgery or its partners.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, distribution or use, in whole or in part, without France Surgery's prior written consent is prohibited and constitutes infringement under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. Browsing the Service grants no rights other than strictly personal and private use.

The personal data processing carried out as part of the Service is described on our “Secure data” page (privacy policy), available from the website footer. It sets out the data collected, its purposes, retention periods, recipients and how to exercise your rights.

The iris-prevention.fr website uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

Audience measurement is performed with Umami, self-hosted on our own servers (analytics.iris-prevention.fr). This tool sets no cookie or tracker on your device and only produces aggregated, anonymous statistics, under the consent exemption conditions defined by the CNIL. You may nevertheless object by writing to dpo@iris-prevention.fr.

Only cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the Iris platform (session, authentication, security) are set when you log in to your account.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. France Surgery has no control over these sites and accepts no liability for their content. Linking to iris-prevention.fr is permitted provided it does not damage France Surgery's reputation.

France Surgery strives to ensure the accuracy and currency of the information published on the Service, but cannot guarantee the absence of errors or omissions. Health prevention content (Gazette, check-ups, recommendations) is for information purposes only and never replaces medical advice, diagnosis or follow-up. In an emergency, call 15 (France) or 112.

For any complaint about the Service, please write to contact@iris-prevention.fr or by post to our registered office. The Iris Service is provided to beneficiaries free of charge under a contract between France Surgery and their employer or organisation. In accordance with Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, any consumer is entitled to free recourse to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of a dispute.
